About Labour North
Welcome to the Labour North website. Labour North is the Regional Office of the Labour Party in the North of England. This includes the North East of England and North & Central Cumbria.
The region consists of 34 parliamentary constituencies, 31 of which elected a Labour MP in the 2005 General Election. In addition to our MPs, we also have Labour representation in the region from our MEP, Stephen Hughes in the North East, our Labour Mayor John Harrison in North Tyneside and our many hardworking Labour councillors on local authorities throughout the region.
This website is intended to help you find out more about how to get involved and contact the Labour Party in the region.
